Haven’t used it yet, but it is 4 stars because we all, DUH, have room for improvement. Even Bags.
As with all pacsafe products this bag is well-made, thoughtfully designed and provides the peace of mind that your possessions are well protected.
While it's considered a carry-on it is a bit long for going under a seat, but does fit nicely in the overhead compartment.
Plenty of good safety features and well-designed spaces. A bit more padding around the laptop pocket would be a nice addition, as well as improving the tiny address label pocket to decrease the chance of any potential label falling out.
Despite photos and dimensions, sometimes you gamble with online shopping and the product that arrived is much larger than my torso. Unable to use as desired.
