Warranty
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.
I like this bag. Well organized. Perfect for a couple of days or a week. I definitely like the materials. Very durable. I like the big open center space and tiedown straps. If I could improve one thing, I might have one external zipper pocket on the front of the bag. I understand this would conflict with the safety aspects that you tout.
I use this for travelling abroad for short trips and longer (weeks) trips so I only need to take carry on and when also travelling on trains, busses and local transport its easy to travel around with. It is also great from a security perspective when on packed transport. I use this for longer trips also where I can wash clothes, but it easily fits enough for a week long holiday - packing sensibly. At 5.10 the pack fits me well and is easy to adjust depending on the weight if needed.
A quick side zip would be great, but I also have the V Tech pack also which I use daily when travelling.

Haven’t used it yet, but it is 4 stars because we all, DUH, have room for improvement. Even Bags.
As with all pacsafe products this bag is well-made, thoughtfully designed and provides the peace of mind that your possessions are well protected.
While it's considered a carry-on it is a bit long for going under a seat, but does fit nicely in the overhead compartment.
