Orders are shipped as fast as possible from our warehouse in the UK. Most orders are processed and out the door in 1 to 2 days, but transit time can take up to 2 to 4 days depending on your location. Therefore, please allow 6 days delivery time. All our orders are shipped using fast and reliable services, so your Pacsafe gear is in good hands. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
We do not ship on Saturdays afternoons or Sundays. All of our orders generally arrive within 48 hours of order placement other than orders on Saturdays or Sundays which are mainly shipped on the following Monday.

Standard Shipping: Allow 2-4 days for delivery £3.95
Express Shipping (Royal Mail Next Day):
Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next day for £9.95. Orders must be placed before 12pm.
Saturday Delivery (Royal Mail Guaranteed before 1pm):
Ensure your weekend plans go smoothly with Saturday delivery for £12.95. Orders must be placed before 12pm on Friday.

We vetted our carriers to provide the best possible shipping and customer care; however, occasional issues do arise. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to customercare@pacsafe.co.uk.

We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories. If you have a manufacturing issue not related to standard wear and tear, you may qualify to receive a replacement through our Warranty program.
