Your satisfaction is a concern to Pacsafe and constitutes Pacsafe’s utmost priority.
Your product is guaranteed 5 years (for bags) and 2 years (for accessories) from the date of purchase exclusively against manufacturing defects in workmanship and/or material under the conditions described in this Warranty Statement. This Warranty is only applicable to products that were purchased from an authorized Pacsafe dealer and for which the original customer’s proof of purchase is provided. If Pacsafe, at its own discretion, acknowledges that the product has manufacturing defects, Pacsafe will either repair or replace the defective parts or the product itself.
This warranty extends only to the original end user of the product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse or overload of the product in a manner contrary to accompanying instructions, neglect, alteration, accidental damage, natural wear and tear or transport damage (by an airline for example). Pacsafe does not accept any liability for loss of personal items or damage to third party products used in conjunction with a Pacsafe product. Pacsafe’s liability is limited solely to the retail value of the product. Some Pacsafe products and features such as its RFIDsafe® blocking pockets and material are subject to specific limitations with respect to use. Please refer to RFID FAQ for more information. Items such as cash belts, under clothing pouches, apparel or any items classified as "Wearables" or "Apparel" are not covered under this warranty policy
PACSAFE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PERSONAL ITEMS, COSTS OF RENTING REPLACEMENTS AND OTHER ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, EVEN IF PACSAFE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW PACSAFE DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
To claim your warranty:
If you purchased from one of our retailers either at a physical location or online store, please contact the store of purchase first.
If you purchased from our online store, please file a warranty claim through our returns page. Our returns page will guide you through the steps of filing your claim as well provide a place to upload photos or a description of the manufacturing defect. We will respond to your claim in 2-3 business days.
If you return your product to the manufacturer, it must be sent by carriage paid and suitably packaged.
