      This is my second of these backpacks.

      My first I bought in 2019 and I think it would have lasted longer if I hadn’t overstuffed it every time I traveled. :-(. Which was 16 times last year alone. Trusty bag! The design is excellent. The inside pockets hold all my stuff but it’s the two exterior pockets that hold my water bottle safely without straining the bag that are the winners. I will treat this new bag more nicely and hopefully it will last longer than 6 years of serious use.

      I’m on the fence

      I like the safety features but with my laptop it feels pretty heavy. I’ve carried the laptop in other backpacks so I’m not sure if it’s the way it fits on my back or the lack of a chest strap. Given positive reviews, I’m hoping it works because there’s a 30 day return window. Buy it on sale. There was a huge sale a few weeks after I bought it. I’d never pay full again for their products knowing they have sales up to 60% off.

      I love the color and the capacity of this backpack. I love all the additional pockets inside and the sturdy strap to slide over my rolling suitcase handle. The only thing that I do not like is that the main zipper is very difficult to close especially if the backpack is full.

      6 years and still waiting for a bigger version... 😭

      Still waiting for a bigger version of this backpack!! For all us return to office people who have to bring their full sized keyboards and extra monitor, please make a bigger version about 21-25L. Shorten the straps, add padding to the straps and back panel, add a secret pocket in the back panel (like the metrosafe x I have now) and you've got another winner! I prefer the sleek material of the black and gold version since it doesn't attract dog hair as badly but wish it came in gunmetal like the Tumi's nowadays. Or can you open this up for customization please?!
