Warranty
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.
I love my pac safe bag. I like the fact I can lock it and that I can wear it across myself. I also like the key ring. I have attached a small purse to it. It feels so much safer on holiday and in cities.
The pack is made of good quality materials and is large enough for some basic items. However the strap should be much Thicker (by at least a third in width) and longer in length.
The pack went missing due to delivery driver leaving it out, too a few days for customers services to sort out. They sent another pack asap, which was very nice of them. First impression is that it is well made, good quality. Very comfortable to wear.
Excellent
Very happy with the Pacsafe Anti theft sling. Used it on two trips and it was exactly what I needed to carry a few items , you can easily fit cash and passport inside the inner pocket and the larger section is ideal for your phone and a few smaller items.
My only minor issue was with the zips on the front section which can be quite tricky to place both zips into the clip which locks the bag ,perhaps a slight larger clip would make this easier for older people.
Also the zips have tarnished not sure why after only 2 weeks of use , but this does not effect the use of the bag.
Overall very happy with my purchase.
