Disappointed Customer
Upon receiving this item, I found that it wasn't big enough to carry everything I needed to carry, not just that but the strap dug into my back because of the way it connected to the bag. It seems to only work if it's put over the right shoulder but I'm left handed, so it just really didn't work for me. I submitted a request for a refund but was told that I'd have to pay out of pocket to send it back. That was very disappointing. It's not so much the money but the idea that a company would penalize the merchant for receiving an item that they aren't completely satisfied with. Most companies that stand by their product would always send you a return label. Just think it's bad business.
