Warranty
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.
Fits essentials for a day tour thru city or - in combination with other bags/luggage- all items that must be at hand but safe. High quality and good functionality in most situations. Sometimes the lock for the zippers is hard to closed, zippers must be aligned very well.
Good for travelling abroad and general use. Generous size and handy pockets etc for passports, money etc.
Waist pack worked well
I have been enjoying the Pacsafe® ECO anti-theft waist pack. I also will quick carry this on my shoulder when dashing from car to coffee etc... It rides comfortably under my arm.
I do have two issues but not show stoppers. 1. I find the extra length of waist strap flaps around, it's way too long for my 32" waist. I read there is a photo or video describing how to shorten this. (true?)
2. The zipper pulls on the RFID zipper. They mate together to form one pull. Before my purchase I was under the impression (based on a video) these two pulls would mate together and stay together, making a for "soft security". But they do not and the easily come apart. I know they can lock into the front lock but if these two pulls were magnetized or otherwise mated that would be great.

Regarding the strap length, we hear you. For users who find the strap too long, we recommend rolling the excess and securing it with the built-in elastic band. If helpful, we’d be happy to share a photo demonstrating this workaround — just let us know!
As for the zipper pullers, you're right — they don’t interlock or stay together by default on this model. That feature is available on our Pacsafe® V Anti-Theft Hip Pack, which includes interlocking zip pullers for added security. Looks good, well made and security features work easily. Like the fact that it can be used around waist or over shoulder. I tend to use it over shoulder when on countryside walks and waist when on city visits.
As others say the strap adjusts very easily, however with a wallet, phone and small camera it does become more loose which is annoying. Great what you can fit in it, but guess increased weight affects the strap.
That's the only downside side for me. The extensive use of recycled materials is an absolute bonus and shows what can be achieved when the commitment is there. Love the bag and it will be used daily when we tour Europe.
