      Terrible zipper

      This company has the worst customer service. They do not care what issues you have with the zipper. The zipper takes an octopus to close. I struggle so much with the zipper I am afraid someone is going to grab it … since I am using two hands and my elbow to close it. What an expensive mistake. I took it on a trip and went past the return date.

      Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us. I do apologize but we only accept returns/exchanges of non-sale, unused and undamaged items purchased through Pacsafe.com. Within 30 days of purchase date. The only exception is putting in a return request 30 days from shipped date.

      Bad zipper

      I took this bag on several trips. I bought it not long after it was released Like in other reviews, the main compartment zipper is terrible. It does not stay in alignment, especially around the corner. Often times, I needed help. Needing 4 hands to close a zipper while shopping is not good. Everything else about this backpack was great. It held everything I needed in the plane. I just can't walk around with it. I wrote a review prior but I don't see it.

      Since 2018, I've used this bag but . . .

      The biggest issue are the straps! They are too thin, and the backpack hangs too low for me (reference 5'4) even though they are adjusted to the shortest length. Also, the satin material on the straps is nice, but the metal slider keeps getting loose and I have to constantly adjust them again. It's the worst part. Things I recommend they change:

      1) wider shoulder straps with shorter length adjustments

      2) a sturdy ladder lock buckle on the straps

      This backpack has carried me through surgical residency, traveling internationally and locally, working at coffee shops etc since 2018! It is a workhorse bag for me, but I struggle to continue using it since the straps are a huge problem for me.

      Best Travelling day pack ever!

      This is the perfect backpack for travelling attaching it to the top of the carry one bag.

      I love the opening at the top, so nothing falls out and i don't have to open several compartments to find what I am looking for. It is big enough to slip my small purses into it so I have only 2 bags to carry on, according to the new rules. This is the back pack that I have been looking for and I did not even know it.

      Beautiful bag, with one fault

      I love this bag, I am carrying it for many many years, every day commute, train, bus, rain, snow... and it still looks like new. I even washed it in the washing machine. Love how it opens, it has enough space always, even if I need to stuck extra jacket in it, or extra food. Two bottle space on the side for both my coffee and water, Security closing functioning wonderfully. I really love everything about this bag. But...As I am getting older and my back and shoulders more sensitive, I am noticing that it is hanging on my shoulders, pulling down, feels heavy. I tried to put the whole usual content into another backpack with thicker straps ( another company) and I have to say with sadness, it felt like nothing on my back in another backpack. So unfortunately, even though I love it, I have to let it rest and switch. Please please...make the straps thicker and more padded, then it will be a perfect backpack! Btw, I bough the bag many many years ago, and I dont remember it being so expensive. With this price today, and other offers on market, I am not sure I would buy it again...maybe on sale.
