First trip use
Like the ability to wear it like a satchel as I feel it is more natural than as a back pack. I wish the back access was only to a separate area not the whole contents. Seems well made.

Although not my preferred colour (out of stock) I needed a small backpack to take on holiday. As only taking cabin luggage this was a brilliant option. I used it as a backpack in the day & a cross body bag in the evening. The safety features are very well thought out.
The anti-theft devices on the bag are very intelligently designed.
The only reservation I may have is the configuration of the inside of the bag, which Is quite limited in terms of pockets, although the RFID pocket is very good.
I might have appreciated a second zipped pocket inside, perhapsL
This being said, I find the bag very good. Thank you.
I bought this convertible backpack/purse as we planned to first walk 100km of the Via Francigena and then spend a week in Rome. I figured I could use the backpack as a day pack on the walk and then use the purse in the city. The backpack held up beautifully for the 5 days of hiking. I used carabiners to attach water bottles. The only issue was that I wouldn't recommend using the backpack with a sleeveless top. The purse worked well in the city and looked stylish (even by my 22 year old daughter's standards!) I bought the black one and after 2 weeks of using it everyday -either hiking the countryside or walking in the city- it looks like new.
I saw several reviews saying this was not a good as a backpack and I disagree!
I have been swapping between using it as a purse and a backpack on a daily basis (over a 10 day trip) and it’s very useful! It’s not a perfect backpack but that’s what you get for a transitional piece. It feels secure and looks nice. I would definitely commend this item!
