Only gave 4 stars because I haven’t used it yet. It looks well made, and the extra locks make me feel more secure. I’am travelling to Paris in a few days, and I wanted to have my passport, cards, mobiles, … safe. As a senior citizen I need extra help from the products I buy. I heard wonderful things from friends about PacSafe. I’ll possibly buy some bigger PacSafe bags in future.
The bag is not as good as its predecessor which I used for years until the wear and tear finally started to show.
- The older model had three pockets. The small front pocket was perfect for the phone, and an iPad Mini could be taken easily out from the back pocket without exposing the content of the whole bag.
- The locking mechanism was easy to use with just one hand. The new design requires both hands.
- There is no more a hook for the keys nor a secret card pocket.
However, there are no better alternatives with a similar, handy size, and the safety features.
