Warranty
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.

This bag is ideal for carrying a reasonable number of items securely. When extended I can even accommodate a paperback book and small bottle of water. I feel confident that the easy to use safety features will keep my valuables safe.
The bag is everything the description said it would be , even to bring totally waterproof. Having it made me feel that my wallet , passport etc were completely safe. I’ve recommended it to three people who have since bought pacsafe bags.
I bought the light blue version earlier in the year for my summer travels to Canada. Opened up fully it’s a good Handbag size and easily held 2 phones, wallet, glasses, ear plugs and passport. The clip to secure the main compartment is easy to manage - but does not work for the small zipped side pocket when fully opened out. The latter can only be secured when used in folded position. I really liked it as it’s quite stylish when folded and on return immediately ordered the black version for my winter travels. I was pickpocketed on the London Tube last May and feel confident that this bag will keep my valuables secure.
It is really good. Like the colour and convertibility. Will enjoy using it on my travels.
