Warranty
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.

The bag seems well made, all security features are working but the bag is a Christmas present so unused as yet.
Felt a lot safer leaving my stuff on the beach whilst going for a swim and even in open front restaurants I clipped it to the arm chair. It was a great size for the airport too.

I bought this after having my cash stolen from my 'posh' backpack in Spain this summer. I couldn't believe the pickpocket had taken cash out of my purse without me even being aware. I started looking for something more secure, but didn't want a huge backpack to carry around. I hesitated over the price of this one but ordered it to have a look. Well, I can honestly say it is the perfect size for everyday use. It carries my purse, car key, house keys, glasses case, water bottle and umbrella and still has room for a Kindle or other items. It sits very comfortably on my back and does not feel at all heavy. I feel my belongings are safe when I'm travelling on a packed Tube, or eating out. I am very pleased and will buy more Pacsafe products, rather than be lured into Louis Vuitton again.
